Q1Why did you choose to work at this company?
I joined as a part-timer through a connection with a friend who worked at SUU・SUU・CHAIYOO. I wasn't particularly fond of the service industry, but when I started working, seeing the happy faces of customers made me feel happy too. I believe choosing this company and this job was a good decision.
Q2Please tell us about your job responsibilities.
I am currently working as the manager of Krung Siam Roppongi. My responsibilities include tasks like table setting, taking orders and providing services to ensure customers have a pleasant dining experience. As a manager, I also handle various other tasks, such as creating shifts, organizing work schedules and overseeing the overall operations of the business.
Q3Please share with us your personal mission (life goals, life philosophy).
To be honest, I don't have a specific goal. However, I work hard by reading books, traveling and doing things that make me happy. I believe that if both I and the people around me become happy, new goals may emerge in the future.
Q4What do you like most about your job?
When I'm working, I feel work is enjoyable when I can communicate with my colleagues, interact with everyone and make customers happy. If the staff and customers are smiling, I believe they will visit again, and we will continue to build a good relationship.
Q5Have there ever been challenges or difficulties in your work?
Since it's a standing job, there are times when it's physically exhausting. Additionally, handling customer complaints was initially challenging for me. I had a sense of discomfort, especially considering the language barrier and the worry of making customers feel uncomfortable.

Q6What is your favorite Thai dish?
I like curry with coconut milk. I like the creamy flavor. SUU・SUU・CHAIYOO's Thai curry is rich and very delicious.
Q7What do you love most about Thailand?
Because I love the sea, I especially adore Thailand's beaches. I highly recommend places like Koh Lanta and Phuket.
